And they say the class war from left-wing radicals is just beginning. Silly pundits and congressmen, your benefactors started waging that war long ago. Legally stealing millions, even billions, of dollars from employee pensions to line executive pockets with fine, hand-crafted Italian silk spun by worms fed on foie gras and caviar. That's right, just like Warren Buffet said, class war started a long time ago, and the rich already won.
Okay, so I shouldn't base all my assumptions about the world according to what Jon Stewart says, and I don't. He just has an incredibly wonderful way of boiling down conflicts that people are muddling with their fuzzy logic into hilariously simple ideas.
This theft by the rich, for the rich, from the rest has been going on for decades. We've just been tricked into believing it's our fault for being so lazy, or immigrants' fault for sneaking in here and taking our jobs. Now more Americans are finally waking up because the latest round of corporate thefts was so brazen that enough people couldn't ignore it.
