More meta post

I don't want to write anything today. At least not anything that takes a lot of effort. Think of a high school student in detention who has to write an essay about what he's done wrong and why it was bad and what he learned from the experience, except he writes about how stupid it is to write an essay like that when it's easy to just write what the disciplinarian wants to hear. "What a bloody wanker," you might say if you lived in the UK, but hear me out. Maybe that is a dick move, but if I found myself reading the essay after he slapped it down on my desk and stormed out I think I'd find myself impressed. "It took a nice bit of critical thinking to reach that conclusion," I might say to myself. Indicting a system of indoctrination to the perceived perpetrator of the educational injustice is a bold move. This child has some promise. A troublemaker who can do some good in this world if he steers himself in the right direction.

I guess I'm not really achieving any of that here. This is just me filling space so I can say I wrote something, hoping I can sound insightful instead of moronic.
