Dirt don't hurt

It's amazing the places dirt can build up. Is it a sign of neglect? Well, okay, yes, but wouldn't you think days of rain that caused a small river to flood and cause millions of dollars in damage would do the trick? Other pictures over here show the aftermath a day after the waters began to recede, so seriously, what gives?

My family has never been one to sweat the small stuff. If dirt on the vinyl siding was the most of their worries I would be incredibly happy for my parents. Anyway, it can do some pretty beautiful things on film, even if the picture turns out fairly boring.
