"You know, I'm getting kind of tired of all this dialogue out of context. It's starting to feel rather contrived."
"The whole thing is contrived. That's the nature of the project. Forced daily creativity isn't always going to feel natural and polished."
"Shouldn't it be? If you're going to set yourself that goal in order to foster that creative impulse you felt dying inside you and the put it up on the internet where anyone can stop by and have a look, shouldn't you try and make it more than good enough?"
"Well sure, when you put it that way. But isn't it also important to just bang things out sometimes? Plow through that pesky block when you can't think of anything to say and just get something down? That's the other part of this. It's easy to run with inspiration and make something good. Producing something worthwhile just by wanting to is a whole different story."
"I wouldn't exactly call everything in here worthwhile."
"Probably not, but you have to face all that failure if you're going to make anything good out of life."
"All aboard the cliche train!"
"Hmmph."
